Senior Product Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Leawood, KS that is looking for a Senior Product Analyst for a direct hire opportunity.

Summary:
The Senior Product Analysts will conduct research and perform analysis to uncover product opportunities and formulate innovative solutions that deliver value and create exceptional experiences for our clients. Product Analysts can expect to generate informative documentation to prioritize new feature development, research and document product opportunities, and support several key client relationships as a domain expert. You will be a key contributor to successful client relationships by providing proactive support activities that in turn promote overall client satisfaction and product adoption.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and design proof of concept for product enhancements, expanded reporting, new analytics, and new products
* Participate in solution definition of product development and communicate required acceptance criteria to development team for product enhancements, expanded reporting, new analytics and new products
* Engage in and support sales cycle for prospective clients
* Support monthly client deliverables, reports, analytics and the like
* Provide product subject matter expertise and help troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Understand and explain key features of Company reporting
* Support client growth opportunities and expansion into new markets

REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate degree required
* CPA
* 2-5+ years of experience in a client-facing role is a plus
* Proven track record working with clients on projects
* Client oriented with a focus on quality
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals spanning all organizational levels
* Ability to interact and collaborate with key stakeholders within client organizations
* Ability to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks
* History of leading cross-functional teams is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
