Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role will drive platform strategy, ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and own the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across modules such as HR, ITOM, PPM, CSM, FSM, SIR, and SPM, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy, business objectives, and digital transformation initiatives.
- 7 years of experience in IT| with 3 years in a ServiceNow architect role.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules.
- Strong experience with JavaScript| Glide| Flow Designer| and IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Certified Application Developer (CAD)Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
- Architect and oversee complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, monitoring tools, and cloud platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and middleware technologies.
· Drive stakeholder engagement by presenting architectural strategies, solution designs, and roadmaps to senior leadership, including CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects.
· Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and technical demonstrations to align cross-functional teams and accelerate solution adoption.
· Define and implement governance frameworks for platform usage, release management, change control, and environment strategy.
