PLM Data Migration Architect

Avanciers are seeking an experienced PLM Data Migration Architect with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter to lead enterprise-scale PLM solution architecture, data migration, and system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM architecture, enterprise data models, and complex system integrations across engineering and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end PLM solution architecture using Siemens Teamcenter.
• Translate business, engineering, and IT requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design architecture artifacts including system landscapes, data models, integration patterns, and deployment architectures.
• Lead PLM data migration strategy, planning, execution, and validation while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Design and govern integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and data platforms.
• Define PLM data models, lifecycle management processes, and master data alignment.
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, compliance, and lifecycle traceability.
• Provide architectural governance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT leadership to validate solution designs.
• Work closely with technology vendors and implementation teams to align solutions with product capabilities and best practices.
• Support solution planning, effort estimation, technical proposals, and implementation strategies.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in Siemens Teamcenter architecture, implementation, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Strong expertise in PLM solution architecture for enterprise implementations.
• Experience with enterprise-scale PLM data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of PLM data models, engineering change management, BOM management, and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience developing logical and physical solution architectures.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Siemens Teamcenter certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-Tech industries.
• Previous experience as a PLM Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
• Experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise PLM implementations.
