Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble prototype devices and subassemblies used for eMobility testing and costumer orders
* Cut, strip, and prepare electrical cables (including large-gauge wire)
* Assemble electrical connectors, terminals, seals, and housings
* Operate ultrasonic welding equipment to weld terminals to cable
* Support crimping operations using lab crimping equipment
* Build test samples per engineering instructions and test requests
* Perform basic visual inspections and assist with dimensional checks
* Label, organize, and track prototype parts and assemblies
* Follow established lab procedures, safety requirements, and EHS practices
* Work alongside engineers to meet testing schedules and project deadlines
* Maintain a clean and organized lab work area
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
* Comfortable using hand tools and bench-top equipment
* Ability to follow work instructions and engineering drawings
* Willingness to work in a lab environment with safety procedures
* Strong attention to detail and quality
