Summary

Role: Project Portfolio Management Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay mode: W2 only

Duration: Contract

Overview: Project Portfolio Management Specialist to support a transition from Microsoft Project Online to OnePlan. This role will focus on implementation, migration, integration, and PMO enablement within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead/support migration from Microsoft Project Online to OnePlan
Configure OnePlan (portfolio management, resource planning, workflows)
Assess existing Project Online environment (projects, schedules, configurations)
Design and execute data migration strategy
Implement integrations with Power Platform, SharePoint, and related systems
Collaborate on requirements, PMO processes, and solution design
Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support

Required Experience

Hands-on experience with OnePlan or similar PPM tools (Project Online, Planview, Clarity, etc.)
Strong experience with Microsoft Project Online
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint
Experience in data migration, configuration, and system integration
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred

PMP, Agile, or related certifications
Experience with Azure integrations / APIs
