What You'll Do

  • Create conceptual layouts and cost studies.
  • Analyze information and weigh results to select the best solutions.

  • Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, and verify data.
  • Assess technical data to determine its impact on designs and plans.
  • Lead feasibility studies for facilities such as water supply systems, runoff collection networks, water and wastewater treatment plants, and wastewater collection systems.
  • Win new projects as a proven closer.
  • Model the firm's core values, purpose, and vision, promote professional conduct, and engage in industry, client, and community activities that strengthen the company's reputation.
  • Visit construction sites periodically to collect project data, flex to non-traditional hours when projects require it, and take very limited short trips (about 2 days) for site reviews.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering
  • 15+ years of Civil-Site Engineering experience
  • Required Wastewater Project Management experience, ideally on Design-Build wastewater projects
  • Working knowledge of Stormwater Analysis Software (SSA, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and/or ICPR), including running models and interpreting results

  • Readiness for executive-level responsibility
  • Strengths in Team Collaboration, on-time and on-budget delivery, Quality Control, Communication, Customer Satisfaction, flexibility, and ongoing professional development
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
