Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-visibility analytics team focused on capacity tracking and operational insights. This role supports a product excellence environment, partnering with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions. The position involves analyzing business systems, evaluating user needs, and formulating systems to align with overall business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, SQL querying, and coding to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and create dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs and program functions.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a related business analyst role.
Technical Skills:- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and handling large datasets.
- Foundational proficiency with SQL for data analysis and exploration.
- Experience with Tableau or similar tools for dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts.
Abilities:- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and build dashboards.
- Ability to analyze root causes and data trends.
- An execution-focused, impact-driven mindset.
- Commitment to full-time onsite work is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pricing or revenue management.
- Background in network planning or transportation domain analytics.
- Proven experience delivering results in a similar analytical or business environment.
