Job Description:

Join our team as an IT Business Analyst supporting manufacturing operations. We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing environments. This role requires a detail-oriented, self-starter who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to write clear, comprehensive processes, workflows, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), perform user acceptance testing and lead small-scale projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be engaged in multiple IT projects for the factories in Nashville, TN, Hopkinsville, KY and Richmond, VA, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that improve operational efficiencies, reduce risks, and provide competitive advantages in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

o Collaborate with business stakeholders, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT solutions in manufacturing operations.

o Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, use cases, and test cases.

o Function as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.

o Lead small projects or workstreams, managing scope, schedule, and cost.

o Facilitate meetings with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle.

o Support system testing and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with quality standards.

o Perform functionality and usability testing; provide training and documentation for end-users.

o Work in partnership with support teams to transition projects into operational maintenance and provide post-implementation support.

o Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, define requirements, and implement optimized workflows aligned with business objectives.

o Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and UAT scenarios, ensuring system functionality meets business requirements; document results and manage defect resolution prior to go-live.

o Own project documentation and transition deliverables including system configuration details, support guides, and knowledge transfer to IT operations; facilitate end-user training and oversee successful system go-live in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications include:

o Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

o 5-8 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, Process Management preferably in a manufacturing environment developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions.

o Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.

o Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present complex information clearly.

o Experience with regulated environments and manufacturing systems is a plus.

o Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities.

o Strong collaboration and influencing skills across diverse teams.

o Comfortable working independently.
