Job#: 3035194 Job Description: IT Project Manager (Cloud / Data Platforms)We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role will lead projects from concept through implementation, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives using strong planning, facilitation, and dependency management practices
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements from concept through execution
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and ongoing project activities to ensure successful end-to-end delivery
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to break down complex, multi-disciplinary projects into prioritized and actionable plans
- Provide clear visibility into project status, progress, and risks for both team members and stakeholders
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively drive mitigation plans
- Ensure project deliverables align with business needs and organizational objectives
Required Qualifications- 5-10 years of IT project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver results on time
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading sprint ceremonies
Preferred Qualifications- Experience managing cloud-based projects, particularly in data and analytics environments
- Familiarity with data pipeline development and lifecycle processes across development, user acceptance, and production environments
- Understanding of data architecture concepts, including medallion frameworks and structured data processing approaches
- Knowledge of data security best practices and data product delivery
- Experience with Databricks or similar modern data platforms
