Job#: 3030168 Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Digital Product Manager leads the discovery, development, and performance of digital initiatives, capabilities, and/or products. This role partners with internal stakeholders to address complex business issues and optimize the customer experience through best-in-class digital offerings.
Primary Responsibilities- Defines and owns the long-term strategy, roadmap, and expansion of digital products
- Manages performance metrics (usage, sales, fraud, etc.) to forecast trends
- Guides research and data-driven decision-making to close experience gaps
- Owns the end-to-end customer journey for assigned digital capabilities
- Develops agile lean business cases and secures governance approval
- Presents to senior bank leadership
- Identifies and manages risks in accordance with bank protocols
- Works within a highly matrixed organization across business and technology
- Supports frontline associates with tools, training, and communications
- Reviews marketing collateral for accuracy and effectiveness
- Manages vendor relationships and ensures compliance
- Mentors team members and supports skill development
Requirements- Bachelor's degree + 7 years relevant experience OR
- High School Diploma/GED + 11 years relevant experience
- Experience in digital banking, digital product management, payments, or financial services
- Familiarity with Agile / software delivery methodologies
Preferences- SAFe Agilist or Product Owner/Manager certification
- BSA / AML / OFAC / CDD experience
Skills & Competencies- Strategic thinking and critical analysis
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Proven success launching digital initiatives
- Financial analysis and business case development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to operate effectively in shared services environments
