Project Overview

Building an Open Banking Developer Portal to enable secure data sharing without exposing customer credentials.

Moving away from screen scraping to a token-based consent model.
Customers will:

Authenticate directly with the bank

Provide explicit consent

Select specific data to share

Third-party apps will access data via secure tokens instead of login credentials.

Key Responsibilities

Focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), specifically:

Consent management flow

Data-sharing permissions

Revoke access capabilities

Integration testing with initial data aggregator

Post go-live:

Support onboarding and testing of additional aggregators

Day-to-Day Activities

Execute and manage UAT test cases

Validate API integrations and workflows

Collaborate with product and agile teams

Troubleshoot issues and provide feedback

Required Skills

Must-Have:

Strong experience in UAT / QA testing

Hands-on experience with:

API testing

Tools like Postman

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

Nice-to-Have:

Open Banking / Fintech experience

Banking or Financial Services background

Soft Skills

Strong collaboration skills

Self-driven and proactive

Ability to think on feet and solve problems
