Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations Consult

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations Consultant.

Duties:
* Co-own and manage the Talent Acquisition technology portfolio, ensuring systems align with evolving business needs
* Support strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization of enhancements across recruiting technology platforms
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR stakeholders, and IT teams to drive operational excellence
* Monitor system performance, user adoption, and enhancement opportunities
* Serve as a subject matter expert for the Workday Recruiting module
* Provide guidance on future-state design, configuration decisions, and process optimization
* Partner with system administrators and technology teams to support ongoing maintenance and platform evolution
* Support configuration, administration, and enhancement of the Eightfold Talent Acquisition platform
* Evaluate and implement new Eightfold functionality and releases with a focus on driving business value
* Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize platform capabilities
* Support CRM, candidate engagement, talent pooling, and candidate experience initiatives
* Assist with feature adoption, testing, and process integration across Talent Acquisition operations
* Execute hands-on system testing for enhancements, configurations, integrations, and releases
* Identify defects, document findings, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendor partners
* Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, and other Talent Acquisition systems
* Analyze recruiting data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Create operational dashboards and reporting frameworks that support business decision-making

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
* Deep understanding of recruiting processes and technology platforms, excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, and can translate business needs into scalable technology solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
