Pay Range: $43.00hr - $48.00hr
Job Overview:
Experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.
- Manage deployments using Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Security Model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
- Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Application/System Architect.
