Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer with strong automation and Guidewire InsuranceSuite expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter along with automation framework development and integration testing experience.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation scripts for Guidewire applications
Automate end-to-end Guidewire workflows across:
- PolicyCenter
- BillingCenter
- ClaimCenter
Validate policy lifecycle scenarios including:
- Quote
- Bind
- Issue
- Endorsement
- Renewal
- Cancellation
Automate testing for Guidewire UI, business rules, workflows, and batch jobs
Perform integration testing with upstream and downstream systems
Maintain and enhance automation frameworks
Execute automation suites within CI/CD pipelines
Analyze test failures, log defects, and collaborate with development teams
Support regression and release testing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Guidewire Skills:

Hands-on experience with:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter
- BillingCenter
- ClaimCenter
Strong understanding of Guidewire P&C insurance domain
Knowledge of:
- Guidewire Data Model
- Product Model
- PCF (Page Configuration Framework) UI

Automation Skills:

Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as:
- Playwright
- Selenium
- Java-based automation frameworks
Strong programming skills in:
- Java
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
API testing experience using:
- REST
- JSON
- XML

Technical Skills:

Good SQL knowledge for backend validation
Experience with CI/CD tools:
- Azure DevOps
- Jenkins
- GitHub Actions
Familiarity with:
- JIRA
- ALM
- Zephyr
