Summary

job summary:

Join our Health & Public Service team as a Patient Safety Applications Coordinator, where you will manage critical clinical applications and workflows. You will serve as the technical lead for patient safety systems, ensuring high-quality support for healthcare providers and regulatory groups.

responsibilities:

  • Administer and troubleshoot Patient Safety applications such as Midas Plus and Riskonnect.
  • Collaborate with vendors to test and deploy new software features and enhancements.
  • Generate complex reports for regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance to offshore teams and act as a liaison for client stakeholders.



qualifications:

4+ years of experience as a technical administrator in a clinical application environment.


Proven experience with patient safety or risk event logging software.


Experience working within the Healthcare Provider industry.
