DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.
• Research and exploration of user requirements, costs, and benefits in support of documentation required for the demand management process.
• Responsible for analyzing the business needs to identify new processes and process improvements that will meet those needs.
• Documents current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps.
• Analyze detailed system factors including input/output requirements, information and paper flow, hardware, and software needs.
• Analyze “soft" system factors including roles, responsibilities, policy, culture, etc.
• Evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience leading data migration requirements from legacy systems into a new ERP (Sage X3) environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management, with emphasis on data mapping, transformation rules, and validation
• Deep understanding of data structures, data quality, and migration best practices, with the ability to identify gaps and risks early
• Self-driven and accountable professional with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to drive outcomes with minimal oversight
• Working knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience in any of the following business areas is desired: Sales operations, order entry, accounting, finance, procurement, warehouse operations, order management, and order fulfillment.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ business analysis or systems analysis experience is preferred.
• Bonus: Sage X3 experience (ERP).

Job Description
The role of the Fault Monitoring Engineer is to provide engineering services to support the evolution of the Fault Monitoring toolset. The work is always in alignment to the current and approved architectural, roadmaps, technology standards and templates, governance and change management policies set forth by the firm.
Following established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project.
Responsibilities
- Managing Unix OS and Hardware comprised of various Operating Systems. Should be able to handle the Production Changes with necessary stakeholders involved.
- Conduct new product research related to fault monitoring.
- Build, test and maintain the Network Fault Monitoring systems and build self-healing automation with engineering teams, write test plans, execute tests and document results in Network tools and Engineering space.
- Interact with users and stakeholders to build requirements and deliver working solutions.
- Certify new product models/version and obtain their approval for use at the bank from all governance processes
- Assist with Audit deliverables for Network Toolset
- Work with Vendors to enhance their respective tools to meet new customer/security requirements
- Refresh/Upgrade existing toolset as it becomes EOL/EOS or Not-Permitted within the bank.
- Develop integrations for the various Network Tools
- Lead Disaster Recovery exercises for various Network Tools
- Provide Break-Fix Support for Network Toolset
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of system and networking concepts
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IBM Netcool Operations Insight & AIOPS platform
- Experience in deploying Netcool Omnibus, Netcool Impact, Network Manager, Probes, Gateways, Cognos Analytics in high-availability environments.
- Experience in deploying topology manager, Runbook automation, and CNEA components in the RedHat OpenShift container platform.
- Experience deploying various probes and gateways in a high-availability environment
- Experience in developing probe custom rules.
- Configuration of Network discovery across multi-region environment
- Configuration of custom AOC files & custom network views
- Experience in designing and developing Cognos custom reports
- Experience in developing Netcool Impact custom policies and object server triggers to integrate with 3rd party systems
