Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise-grade UiPath automation solutions
• Build automations interacting with Epic EHR systems via UI automation, APIs, and reporting databases
• Develop queue-based REFramework solutions for high-volume healthcare workflows
• Implement robust exception handling, retry mechanisms, and audit logging
• Automate clinical, operational, billing, and revenue cycle workflows
• Collaborate with Epic analysts, clinicians, and business stakeholders
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Manage UiPath Orchestrator deployments, monitoring, scheduling, and production support
• Ensure all automations comply with HIPAA, HITECH, and PHI security requirements
• Support CI/CD and DevOps best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
• Epic FHIR / Interconnect API experience
• HL7 messaging knowledge (ADT, ORM, ORU)
• Citrix / VDI automation experience
• UiPath AI Center / Process Mining exposure
• Experience in HITRUST or Joint Commission environments
• Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform)
• Healthcare automation experience in provider organizations

Important Note

Recent experience in Healthcare Provider domain is mandatory.

Candidates must have hands-on experience working with Epic workflows, healthcare operations, and enterprise-scale UiPath automation solutions.
