Now Hiring Field Service Engineer - Direct Hire
Location: Greater Philadelphia, PA
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + bonus potential
Travel: Up to 50%

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and commission industrial automation and control systems
- Troubleshoot PLC, DCS, networking, and system integration issues
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on customer equipment
- Support hardware installation, instrumentation wiring, loop checks, and startup activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records
- Deliver customer training and technical presentations
- Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues
- Travel to customer sites and provide occasional after-hours support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with process control systems
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS platforms, and industrial networking
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
