System Support Analyst

Position: Systems Support Analyst (Mandarin-speaking)
Location: 100% onsite in Ontario, CA
Terms: Direct-hire
Compensation: $85,000 to 100,000 (depending on level of experience)

We're partnered with a client who is seeking a MANDARIN-SPEAKING Systems Support Analyst to support and optimize business-critical applications that drive day-to-day operations. This role serves as a key liaison between end users, IT teams, and developers, ensuring system reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience. Mandarin fluency is required.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications and business systems


• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, incidents, and service requests


• Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement


• Investigate recurring issues and implement long-term solutions


• Partner with development and IT teams to support releases, testing, and system enhancements


• Manage application configurations, updates, and deployments


• Create and maintain technical documentation and user support materials


• Train and support end users while translating technical concepts into clear guidance

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• 3-5 years of experience in application support, systems support, or a related role


• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing)


• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills


• Experience with SQL, databases, APIs, integrations, and log analysis


• Background supporting ERP, CRM, WMS, or other enterprise applications


• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools


• Understanding of SDLC and release management processes


• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
