Description:
Position: Master Planner / Program Planning & Scheduling Specialist

Location: Fully Remote

Overview
This role provides comprehensive planning and scheduling support for multi-site, multi-mission programs. The specialist contributes to the development, integration, and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule and ensures alignment with program requirements, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain components of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple program locations.

Support proposal schedule creation, Statement of Work (SOW) review, and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.

Provide schedule analysis using Critical Path Methodology and assist in building complex schedule networks.

Monitor key milestones and alert program leadership of potential cost or schedule impacts.

Ensure consistent communication and coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Contribute to the development and interpretation of Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.

Support internal and external audits, schedule reviews, and program management integration activities.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for program leadership.

Work independently with technical teams to understand program scope and dependencies.

Perform additional program planning responsibilities as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Experience with Critical Path scheduling and analysis.

Knowledge of schedule control processes, proposal development, and project management integration.

Experience contributing to risk and opportunity analysis.

Proficiency with Deltek Open Plan scheduling tool.

Experience supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs.

Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).

Proficiency with Milestones Professional software.

Desired Qualifications

Ability to work independently across technical teams to understand technical product requirements.

Experience with Capture, R&D, and Production scheduling flows.

Familiarity with functional dependencies across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

Additional experience supporting EMD programs.

Required Skills (Must Appear in Work History)

Previous F-35 program experience.

5+ years supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs.

5+ years applying Critical Path Methodology.

5+ years using Deltek Open Plan.

5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).

Demonstrated experience working with IPMDAR reporting.

5+ years using Milestones Professional.

Experience in schedule control, proposal development, audits, and integrated project management processes.
