Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
1.12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem as an Architect.
2.At least 2 implementation project experiences, one of which is for large customers.
3.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform
4.Experience implementing multiple products of ServiceNow.
5.Experience with upgrades, simplification of customizations. Enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovations that drive new value
6.Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform, helps develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model
7.Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions
8.Ability to work in a consulting & advisory role with customer.
9.Assesses health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)
10.Experience with competition SaaS platform ( BMC, Ivanthi, Jira)
11.Experience working with Banking Customer
12.Create detailed strategy that is aligned with the client's short- and long-term needs
13.Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
14.Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, manage technical escalations.
15.Adhering to best practices, check if our architecture and design dec isions align with ServiceNow best practices
16.Alignment to out-of-the-box, Ensure we are taking advantage of pre-built capabilities in order to help minimize the amount of customization on the platform
17. Experience in migrating between various environments in ServiceNow using Update Sets, XMLs, Cloning, Deployments.
