IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of client’s ServiceNow platform and its foundational services.  This role is part of the ServiceNow platform team that supports ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Foundational services for delivery of IT solutions for the client.

Tasks

·        Architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with client’s strategic goals.

·        Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.

·        Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.

·        Provide technical support to developers, system administrators, and project teams.

·        Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.

·        Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

·        Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

NOTE: Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule). Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Specific onsite days will be determined with the manager once a candidate is selected.

Skills Required:

·        5 years - ServiceNow platform experience

·        5 years - Experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions

·        Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation

·        ServiceNow Certified Systems Architect (CSA) certification

·        Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 

Skills Desired – A plus to have:

·        ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications

·        ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

·        ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications – CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM

·        ITIL Foundations V3 or higher certification
