Summary

Technical Writer

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Writer, where you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Your expertise will ensure that our technical documents are clear, accurate, and accessible to a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Solutions Analysts, and technical staff to develop project documents and technical narratives for government solicitation contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Review, edit, and maintain large, formal complex technical documents.
  • Prepare project documents for government solicitation contracts.
  • Assist in the development of government solicitation contracts related to the PAL process.
  • Create professional technical content using source inputs provided by Project Managers, Business Solutions Analysts, and technical staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical documents meet project requirements and standards.
  • Ensure technical documents are clear, concise, and consistent in style and format.
  • Maintain documentation libraries and ensure all technical documents are up-to-date and accurately reflect project status.
  • Provide support during the review and approval process for technical documents.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and user guides based on technical documentation.
<>Required Skills
  • At least one (1) year of experience reviewing, editing, and maintaining large, formal complex technical documents.
  • Experience working on at least one (1) technical narrative and preparing project documents for government solicitation contracts.
<>Preferred Skills
  • Assisted in the development of government solicitation contracts related to the PAL process.
  • Experience creating professional technical content using source inputs provided by Project Managers, Business Solutions Analysts, and technical staff related to ERP upgrade.
