Title : ServiceNow SAM Consultant
Location : Plano TX(Onsite)
Pay Rate : $63/hr
Duration : 6 Months

Roles & Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
Design, implement, and configure the ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
Lifecycle Management:
Manage the software asset lifecycle from request and procurement to deployment, usage, optimization, and retirement.
Integration:
Integrate SAM with other ServiceNow modules
Automation:
Automate processes such as software license harvesting, software reclamation, and compliance checks.
Compliance and Auditing:
Conduct regular software compliance audits and create remediation plans to ensure adherence to software license agreements.
Optimization:
Optimize software licensing and usage, reduce costs by eliminating redundancies, and ensure proper software distribution.
Data Management:
Ensure data quality and integrity within the SAM module, CMDB, and Discovery.
Reporting and Dashboards:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track software usage, compliance, and optimization efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Vendors to align SAM strategies with business objectives.?
