Job Description

We are seeking a 2 Regional Payroll Test Leads (one for EMEA and one for APAC) to manage payroll testing and validation activities across EMEA or APAC countries as part of a large global HR platform initiative involving Workday.
Responsibilities

Lead payroll testing efforts across APAC or EMEA countries.
Work with payroll SMEs to validate local payroll requirements and calculations.
Develop payroll test scenarios covering earnings, deductions, and tax processing.
Coordinate testing execution with regional payroll testers.
Identify, track, and resolve payroll defects.
Ensure alignment with global testing strategy and timelines.
Validate payroll outputs and reporting accuracy across APAC or EMEA regions.

Required Qualifications

MUST have a Workday Certification - no cert, don't send
5+ years of experience supporting payroll system testing or payroll implementations.
Experience working with Workday Payroll or integrated payroll platforms.
Strong knowledge of APAC or EMEA payroll processes and compliance requirements.
Experience managing regional payroll testing across multiple countries.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Prior work experience at Johnson & Johnson is preferred
