ERP/CRM Developer

Description

We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in enhancing system workflows, automating processes, and creating robust security measures. This opportunity offers a chance to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to the development and administration of critical applications.

Responsibilities:
Modify and enhance forms and workflows to optimize system functionality.
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
Develop and enforce robust security measures for teams, managers, and sales representatives.
Assist with administrative tasks to strengthen overall application security.
Generate detailed reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Configure and customize ERP and CRM systems to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business needs.
Perform API development to integrate applications with other systems.
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for application development and administration.
Ensure proper configuration management and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in client-side scripting and development.
Experience creating and managing business requirement documents.
Strong skills in configuration management and application customization.
Hands-on expertise in API development and integration.
Proven experience in Salesforce development and CRM systems.
Knowledge of application development and administration.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
