Summary

Role: Full Stack .NET Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

In person interview will be required

Responsibilities:
  • Designs, codes and modifies complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.net, and Oracle Database. Performs necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc. Uses current software development methods/techniques and established development standards (which include programming standards, documentation standards and testing standards) to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications. Participates in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements. (35%)
  • Works with trainers, technical support staff, network specialists and contract staff to perform modifications and/or updates to existing systems or to implement new systems. Identifies, investigates and resolves production problems. This may include analyzing problems, coding, testing, implementing and training of other technical staff and/or customers. (25%)
  • Analyzes requirements for new applications/enhancements to be implemented in the division. (10%)
  • Works with a software development team. Communicates with other team members to coordinate development efforts. Provides development status to the team leader or project manager. (20%)
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of systems documentation. (10%)

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in computer programming, analysis, and development of complex business processes and system solutions.
  • 7+ years of experience in coding, testing, debugging, and supporting applications for issue resolution, performance optimization, and enhancements.
  • 7+ years of experience designing program and system logic, processing information logically, and preparing detailed program specifications.
  • 7+ years of experience demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills.
  • 7+ years of experience utilizing strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively, motivate team members, and drive productivity.
  • 7+ years of experience with Information Technology industry trends, market directions, and the ability to apply them within an organization.
  • 7+ years of experience with architectural concepts, principles, and tools related to infrastructure, applications, information systems, and organizational structures.
  • 7+ years of experience working with emerging technologies, including technologies new to the organization and the broader IT industry.
  • 7+ years of experience applying tools, techniques, and best practices for data integrity, security, and compliance with technology standards and procedures.
  • 7+ years of experience delivering solutions using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with information architecture and information management methodologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with existing and planned software technologies, software architecture, and infrastructure components across global, regional, and local environments.
