Product Manager / Techno-Functional Lead

We are looking for a Product Manager / Techno-Functional Lead who will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will own end-to-end communication with business users, lead customer application support, and drive successful implementations.

Skills & Experience

• 14+ years of overall experience, 5+ years of experience in Techno Functional roles such as Product Manager and managing technical projects; 4+ years of experience in AWS Cloud and Generative AI (GenAI) projects.

Job / Role Description

• Act as the single point of contact for all business team communications; Drive regular stakeholder updates, status reporting, and expectation management
• Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Own end-to-end support for customer-facing applications; Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement; Work with teams to design and support solutions on AWS, including - Amazon EC2, S3, Lambda and AWS Gen AI services
• Support use cases using tools such as: Amazon Bedrock; Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI-driven features; Ensure best practices in scalability, reliability, and cost optimization; Identify opportunities to leverage Gen AI in business processes and applications
• Lead application implementations, enhancements, and rollouts; Ensure SLAs, uptime, and performance metrics are consistently met; Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Communication approach: verbal, emails and instant messages
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (DEV, QA, DevOps); Oversee UAT, deployments, and post-release support; Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
• Analytical mindset; Provide constructive feedback during reviews and be open to receiving feedback
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
• Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
