Job Title: D365 Customer Insights (CDP) Architect

Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture

• Strong hands-on implementation experience on D365 Customer Insights (CDP) & Customer Journey

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Customer Insights CDP and Customer Journey implementations

• Design and implement Customer 360° profiles and unified data models

• Define architecture, integration patterns, and data flows across D365 and Azure

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Ensure performance optimization, observability, and best practices

Technical Skills

• Dynamics 365: CE, F&O, Customer Insights (CDP), Customer Journey

• Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse

• Azure: Event Hub, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Databricks

• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions

Data & Analytics

• Strong understanding of data unification, identity resolution, and analytics

• Experience working with large-scale customer data platforms

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Strong leadership and solution ownership mindset

Preferred Experience

• Large-scale enterprise D365 implementations

• Performance tuning, observability, and optimization

• Experience designing scalable, secure customer data architectures
