Job Description: Role Summary
The Customer Journey Analytics Business Analyst and Agile Scrum Master serve as a hybrid analytics and delivery leader responsible for translating business reporting needs into actionable requirements within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics while enabling Agile execution across analytics teams. This role supports the migration from Adobe Analytics to CJA by documenting reporting logic, validating component recreation, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical implementation. The role also facilitates Scrum events, removes impediments, shields teams from distractions, and drives iterative delivery of high-quality analytics products.
