Customer Journey Analytics – BA Location: Dallas - Texas (Onsite/ Hybrid) - Only locals (1st priority) / relocation also fine Duration: C2C Job Description: Role Summary The Customer Journey Analytics Business Analyst and Agile Scrum Master serve as a hybrid analytics and delivery leader responsible for translating business reporting needs into actionable requirements within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics while enabling Agile execution across analytics teams. This role supports the migration from Adobe Analytics to CJA by documenting reporting logic, validating component recreation, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical implementation. The role also facilitates Scrum events, removes impediments, shields teams from distractions, and drives iterative delivery of high-quality analytics products. Core Responsibilities • Translate business questions into CJA use cases, reporting components, segment logic, and calculated metrics • Analyze Adobe Analytics Workspace projects and identify components that require recreation in CJA • Validate reporting outputs through side-by-side comparisons and support user acceptance testing • Maintain migration documentation, mappings, definitions, and governance standards • Serve as the liaison between business, analytics, and technical implementation teams • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Remove blockers, improve team flow, and champion continuous improvement • Support prioritization, backlog refinement, release coordination, and stakeholder communication Top Skills Integrated into the Role • Strong requirements gathering and documentation • Expertise in Adobe Analytics Workspace and CJA concepts • Ability to interpret segments, calculated metrics, and reporting structures • Understanding of marketing channels, processing rules, and classifications • Detail oriented validation and QA skills • Ability to translate business questions into measurement definitions • Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies • Backlog management and prioritization • Impediment removal and team support • Effective stakeholder communication • Coaching teams on Agile principles • Conflict resolution and team alignment • Continuous improvement mindset • Delivery planning and transparency Skills Mandatory Skills : Adobe Analytics - Campaign, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager - Authoring, Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Operations
