Job Details

Role: Workday Implementation Project Manager
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Workday implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for Workday modules.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, Workday consultants, and technical teams.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive updates.
  • Oversee change management, training, and adoption strategies for end-users.
  • Maintain project documentation and dashboards for executive leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing Workday implementation projects (HCM/Finance modules)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules, such as:
    • Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, Finance
  • Strong project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, risk management
  • Knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, and integration
  • Experience with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, vendors)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
