Summary

Role: Workday Implementation Project Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Workday implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for Workday modules.
Coordinate with stakeholders, Workday consultants, and technical teams.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive updates.
Oversee change management, training, and adoption strategies for end-users.
Maintain project documentation and dashboards for executive leadership.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Workday implementation projects (HCM/Finance modules)
Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules, such as:
- Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, Finance
Strong project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, risk management
Knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, and integration
Experience with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, vendors)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred
