Title: Scrum Master
Duration: 6 Months Long term
Location: Washington, DC 20433
Hybrid Onsite: 4 days onsite per week from Day1 with a transition to 100% onsite expected soon.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Facilitate Scrum and Scrumban ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Champion Agile best practices to drive transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through proactive communication and expectation management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of delivery governance and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments or regulated industries.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe certification
