Systems Analyst – Application Support

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to provide application support, business analysis, testing, reporting, and project coordination for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, reporting, troubleshooting, and end-user support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for enterprise applications.
• Perform application testing, including developing test plans and test cases and executing test scenarios.
• Conduct business and systems analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and application specifications.
• Support enterprise application projects through work-plan development, deliverable tracking, status reporting, and user meetings.
• Create and modify reports and forms using Crystal Reports and SQL queries.
• Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and update data from SQL databases based on business and user requirements.
• Perform data extracts and provide requested information to internal users and public-request processes.
• Coordinate with process owners, end users, business departments, technical teams, and external consultants.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, conversions, and implementations.
• Develop, coordinate, and conduct end-user training and maintain training materials.
• Prepare application requirements, functional specifications, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, analysis, reporting, and communication.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Systems Analyst or Application Support Analyst.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and updates.
• Experience with Crystal Reports and report development/modification.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting end users.
• Experience with application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating and delivering end-user training.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
