Title: SharePoint System Administrator (Technical & Functional Support III)

Hire Type: Contract
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
SharePoint Administration & Support: Maintain, update, and organize SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, and permissions; assist in troubleshooting SharePoint and Power Automate issues, escalating as needed; and document user requirements, configurations, and changes.
Agile Team Integration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, providing updates and tracking action items; support ownership of backlog and prioritization; respond promptly to evolving priorities, feedback, and task shifts; and help gather and document user requirements and feedback during sprint activities.
Collaboration & Communication: Foster transparency by documenting project tasks, processes, and progress in shared team spaces; lead close out and change management of sprint activities with customers and stakeholders.
Quality Control & Data Management: Review data integrity on SharePoint trackers and dashboards, highlighting inconsistencies or problems for resolution; and support migration, testing, and change management efforts.
Team Agility & Flexibility: Be prepared to take on new or evolving responsibilities as project needs shift; and learn, adopt, and support team-established tools and processes with a positive, proactive approach.
Required Skills:
Experience developing SharePoint site and tools and supporting SharePoint deployments.
Experience developing solutions using Power Platform and Power Automate.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and willingness to participate actively.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, particularly in developing and adhering to governance and SOPs.
Excellent communicator, able to integrate quickly into established team.
Flexibility to operate in a rapidly changing, outcomes-focused environment.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude in addressing technical or operational challenges.
Experience supporting the tracking of program and project milestones and identifying and escalating risks.

Bachelor's Degree
