Job#: 3020250 Job Description: Apex Systems is seeking an Oracle HCM Fast Formula Developer resource for a full-time project that will be 100% remote. This position will be part of the post-implementation supporting our Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas within our HR Technology group. Oracle HCM Fast Formula DeveloperLocation: 100% Remote

Required Skills:- Minimum 5+ years of current Oracle HCM Cloud - Fast Formula Development experience
- Experience implementing & enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM (Core, Payroll, and/or Compensation).
- Hands-on experience working as an IT technical professional supporting Oracle Cloud HCM fast formulas
- Develop/Enforce governance for Oracle HCM Cloud solution fast formulas, including the development of needed formulas as identified by the Human Resources business.
- Understanding of core HR processes around absence, payroll, compensation, talent management, recruiting, and compliance.
- Responsibilities Include:Build/Engineer/Support Fast Formula for Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud solution.
- Develop/Enforce governance for Oracle HCM Cloud solution fast formulas, including the development of needed formulas as identified by the Human Resources business.
- Understanding of core HR processes around absence, payroll, compensation, talent management, recruiting and compliance to ensure technology solutions can be implemented to meet all current and emerging business requirements
- Previous experience and technical knowledge of Absence, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits specific fast formulas
- Sound knowledge of concepts: element configuration, voluntary deductions, retro, arrears, accruals, work schedules, plan enrollment, benefits coverage, etc.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM table structures & BIP
- Strong knowledge of commonly used fast formula types from prior implementations
- Troubleshooting/debugging fast formula issues and providing resolutions or recommending alternatives
- Understanding of US payroll concepts such as 401K plans, IRS limits, etc
- Creating technical specification documentation
- Creating and executing comprehensive unit test plans, developing test cases, assisting with integration, and completing system test plans
- Unit, integration, performance and stress testing support for application enhancements, upgrades and patches
- Developing technical designs and estimates to meet the business needs while supporting the company's overall IT direction and standards
- Providing production support of implemented functionality
- Enable the HR functions to optimize business outcomes using Oracle Cloud HCM by acting as a liaison between the business and IT
- Participate in the review of new functionality for each system release, testing and implementation
- Additional Skills/Qualifications needed:Hands-on technical experience with Oracle Benefits, Absence Management and Payroll across the major Oracle Cloud HCM processes integrating with payroll
- Ability and willingness to travel to Company sites, work flexible hours, and be available for call-in and after-hours support (7x24 operations) when needed
- Analytical and technical skills to resolve problems and think creatively.
- Willingness to undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects, with the aptitude to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to make formal presentations to various audiences, the ability to express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to provide software solutions and supporting entire software development life cycle
- Preferred experience with utility industry knowledge and software application configuration
- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Management Information Systems, or a related degree along with 5 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience.
