Job Description: Oracle Database Administrator with over 6 years of hands-on experience managing mission-critical databases and ensuring high availability. Proficient in Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and synchronization across diverse systems. Looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, especially under high-pressure situations, with a track record of resolving complex issues quickly and minimizing downtime. This person should be familiar with the operations side of the business as maintenance, troubleshooting, back ups and user profile creation will be a main part of the job. The company is currently running on-prem instances of Oracle, but will soon be moving select applications to their cloud provider. Cloud migration experience preferred.
