Role: Contract Administrator III
Location: Tampa, FL (2 days onsite and 3 days Remote)

Position Overview
Client is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator with a background in Information Technology and Corporate contracting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT subscriptions/licenses, supporting contract negotiations, sourcing events, and administering high-value, complex agreements.
This role supports the preparation, negotiation, award, and lifecycle management of contracts related to engineering, construction, IT software, SaaS solutions, and professional consulting services that maintain and modernize electric and natural gas infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support contract development from sourcing through execution and closeout.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including:
- IT software and SaaS agreements
- License agreements & NDAs
- Professional consulting & A&E services
- Engineering, construction, and engineered equipment contracts
- Assist project teams in developing scopes of work and technical specifications.
- Identify contractual risks and advise project stakeholders accordingly.
- Develop contract pro-formas, commercial terms, and bid solicitation documents.
- Conduct pre-procurement planning and sourcing events.
- Manage supplier relationships and support supplier diversity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (required).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, IT contract administration, business management, engineering, construction, sourcing, or project management.
- Experience with IT subscriptions/licenses and corporate contracting strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Environment & Collaboration
- Interfaces internally with cross-functional corporate departments and leadership.
- Collaborates externally with contractors, engineering firms, suppliers, manufacturers, and auditors.
