Sr.Software Engineer

Required Skills:- Over 10 years of experience in designing and building backend services with Java, J2ee and Spring Boot
- Proven expertise in refactoring and enhancing legacy Java applications for improved performance and reliability
- Strong experience with multithreading, concurrency, streams, and collections.
- Hands-on experience supporting and integrating applications with AWS services like EC2, RDS, and S3
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with relational databases such as Oracle or DB2 and PL/SQL stored procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and support CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse teams
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience with supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to cloud migration or hybrid legacy/cloud architectures
- Familiarity with modern API development and API gateway management
- Knowledge of container orchestration on EKS
- Understanding of enterprise brokerage or financial systems is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 6+ years in software development, preferably in enterprise environments
- Experience with legacy Java systems and cloud modernization initiatives
