Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale, complex ERP initiative centered on an
IFS Cloud upgrade. This role is critical to a high-visibility program currently in an intensive phase of rollout, requiring strong leadership, adaptability, and the ability to navigate evolving requirements and aggressive timelines.
Duration: 6 month contract
Schedule: Core Hours - PST preferred
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams within a complex ERP implementation, specifically an IFS Cloud upgrade
- Drive project execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are consistently met
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate project meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure clear ownership of action items
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency across the program
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and executive-level updates
- Adapt project strategies and plans in response to evolving scope, priorities, and timelines
- Collaborate with other project managers and program leadership to ensure cohesive delivery
Requirements - Proven experience leading ERP implementations, with direct experience in IFS required
- Strong foundation in project management methodologies, with the ability to remain flexible and adaptive
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions at all organizational levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and project tracking/reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working on large, enterprise-level ERP transformations
- Familiarity with cross-functional program delivery in complex environments
- Prior experience co-leading programs or managing multiple project managers
