Job#: 3025472 Job Description: JOB TITLE: Technical Program Product Manager IIDURATION: 12 MONTHSLOCATION: REMOTEPAY RATE: $55 - $65 HOURLYJob Description:Overview:Involvement in cutting-edge, high-scale projects (e.g., supporting Prime Video streams for major events, building AI and machine learning infrastructure, and international backbone expansion).
Exposure to end-to-end data center construction and global networking.

Team Structure:- Manager based in Dublin; direct interaction with the manager will be limited.
- Contractors will be paired with experienced team members for support and training.
- Team split across two office buildings (WAS and ID), but contractors will remain in WAS.
- Team consists of existing FTEs and contractors, with plans to add more contractors.
Type of Projects:- Repeatable, operational projects (not one-off initiatives).
- High volume due to rapid company growth and recent layoffs of full-time staff.
- Responsibilities include tracking hardware deliveries, coordinating technician schedules, and ensuring timely project execution.
- No expectation of leading projects independently at first; will support existing TPMs and teams.
Qualifications:- 5 yrs Project Management Experience
- 3+ years deploying networking infrastructure; not strictly in data centers, but some understanding of data centers is preferred.
- Must understand networking hardware installation basics (e.g., power limits in racks).
- Basic knowledge of fiber is a plus but not mandatory.
- Networking Fundamentals:
- Understanding of switches, routers, and OSI layers 1-3.
- Familiarity with concepts such as routing protocols, three-way handshake, DDoS, ping, and common networking terms.
- No deep engineering or hands-on configuration expected-just conceptual understanding to communicate effectively with engineers and business teams.
