Infrastructure Solutions Architect
Location: 2x Per week on-site in Lansing, MI
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
3+ years of Network Administration experience.
5+ years of RHEL/OpenShift experience
5+ years of Windows Server experience.
3+ years of SQL/Oracle experience
5+ years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation.
Design and architecting for both native / hybrid cloud on AWS / Azure / Google Cloud deployments
Experience using Architect tools like Visio / LucidChart / Draw.io.
Experience with Administering/architecting IIS webserver / Apache / WAF.
Exposure to Application Architecture. Familiarity with AppServer like Weblogic / Websphere / JBoss.
Architecting redundant and scalable Database deployment for Oracle / MSSQL.
Experience with Securing Network / Web Application / Database.
Exposure on any one of the Programming languages like C# / Java / Python / Bash / PowerShell.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artefactory, Veracode.
Design and architecting for both native / hybrid cloud on AWS / Azure / GoogleCloud deployments.
Exposure to IaaS / PaaS / SaaS deployments / setup.
Knowledge on IaaC - Terraform / CloudFormation, Cloudflare
Architecting Container Orchestration K8s / OpenShift.
Job Title: Infrastructure Solutions Architect
Position Justification
The position is responsible for providing Infrastructure Architecture support. Not filling the vacancy will result in difficulty supporting mission critical applications. We will not be able to accommodate requests for adding new/maintaining existing applications and services in a timely manner due to lack of availability for the existing resources.
This Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for project oversight and planning as it relates to technologies such as OpenShift, Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SQL Databases, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Cisco Networking, Etc.
Candidates must possess strong technical skills and have the ability to run meetings and projects.

This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
