Software Architect

Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Architect to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assess and analyze the condition of a proprietary software system, identifying areas that require maintenance or improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in system architecture and ensure the software functions optimally within its connected platforms.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough evaluation of the proprietary software system to identify issues and areas requiring improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and operational challenges.

Develop architectural solutions to address identified problems and enhance system performance.

Ensure seamless integration with connected systems, including TALONes and Lightspeed.

Document findings and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to support the implementation of proposed solutions.

Maintain legal documentation and digital files related to the project.

Oversee the design and organization of file systems to ensure efficient data management.

Monitor progress and adjust plans based on the severity and complexity of system issues.

Communicate updates and findings to relevant teams and management.

Requirements

Proven experience in software architecture and system evaluation.
Strong knowledge of design architecture principles and practices.
Familiarity with digital file management and legal documentation processes.
Expertise in managing and organizing file systems and data storage.
Ability to work with platforms such as TALONes and Lightspeed.
Experience with AEM architecture and related technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to convey technical findings effectively.
