Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product initiatives for Label Traxx. This role involves crafting a clear product vision, driving a roadmap that aligns with business objectives, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer value and foster company growth. Ideal candidates will possess industry expertise in labels and packaging, coupled with a strong ability to translate business and customer needs into innovative product strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Label Traxx, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate product initiatives into broader business objectives.
Gather insights from customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Define and prioritize product requirements, including epics and user stories, to guide development efforts.
Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Support teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release schedules to optimize development workflows.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and performance.
Coordinate go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
Communicate product updates, strategic plans, and roadmap progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Label Traxx features and industry developments.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or related industries.
Familiarity with Label Traxx or comparable systems used in the label, printing, or packaging sectors is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in managing complex software products from ideation to launch and beyond.
Proficient understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and business units.
Industry knowledge or business acumen in labels, printing, or packaging is a plus.
