Job Summary: Security Engineer - Zscaler / DLP / Endpoint & Email Security
Location: Remote (U.S. time zone)
Work Hours: Full U.S. business hours
We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to lead the administration and optimization of our Zscaler cloud-security platform, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls, and endpoint/email protection tools. This remote role requires availability during full U.S. business hours and hands-on expertise in ZIA/ZPA policy management, SSL inspection, and cloud-app control. The ideal candidate holds Zscaler certifications, has strong networking and cloud security fundamentals, and is adept at integrating security across network, endpoint, and email channels.
Key Focus Areas:
- Zscaler platform deployment, policy engineering, and performance monitoring
- DLP rule creation and incident remediation across web, email, and endpoint
- Endpoint and email security integration (AV/EDR, secure gateways, email DLP)
- Automation of reporting and operational workflows via scripting/APIs
- Documentation, training, and cross-team collaboration on security best practices
Required: 5+ years in security engineering, Zscaler admin experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and full-time U.S. availability.
Preferred: Advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM), scripting experience, SIEM integration, and regulated industry exposure.
