Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive transformation initiatives within the Enterprise Applications group. This role will work closely with key business and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic programs focused on modernization, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner and leadership to define and execute transformation initiatives across the Enterprise Applications portfolio
  • Lead end-to-end program management including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Drive modernization efforts across enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and program KPIs to track progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, architecture, and external vendors
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, executive updates, and decision-making forums
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for program needs
  • Support change management, adoption, and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, preferably within enterprise IT environments
  • Proven experience driving large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, integration platforms, etc.)
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or retail technology environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Tempo, and enterprise reporting frameworks
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations
