  • Review internal and third-party models and drawings to ensure they meet GPRS quality standards and project requirements before final delivery.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools to generate models, drawings, and client-ready documentation.
  • Manage multiple data formats to support accurate modeling and analysis.
  • Communicate regularly with Field Project Managers and other team members to clarify scan details, resolve discrepancies, and align expectations.
  • Provide technical support and model clarification to clients during and after project delivery when needed.

  • Associate's degree, certification, or equivalent training in CAD/BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with 3D modeling or drafting, preferably in an architectural, engineering, or construction setting.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Autodesk Revit; AutoCAD, or other relevant software a plus
  • Experience conducting QA/QC on BIM or CAD deliverables
  • Ability to interpret and work from scan data, point clouds, and construction documentation
  • Experience with building systems (HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical) is preferred
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality assurance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
