Job Details:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Site Resident Engineer to join our thriving team in the construction industry. This position is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional who is passionate about construction and engineering, and who is ready to take on the challenge of overseeing and managing all technical aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decisions, BIM reviews, Procore and Bluebeam proficiency, and OSHA 10 and OSHA 30.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Site Resident Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Overseeing all technical aspects of our construction projects, including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP design decisions.

2. Conducting regular BIM reviews to ensure the accuracy and quality of construction plans.

3. Utilizing Procore and Bluebeam software to streamline construction project management and document control processes.

4. Ensuring compliance with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety regulations on all construction sites.

5. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to expedite design decisions and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

6. Monitoring and inspecting construction work to ensure it is being carried out according to project specifications and quality standards.

7. Preparing and presenting technical reports on construction progress and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Site Resident Engineer position should have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

3. Proven experience in expediting design decisions across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP.

4. Proficiency in BIM reviews, Procore, and Bluebeam.

5. Certification in OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety regulations.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

7. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various construction professionals.

8. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

9. Ability to prepare and present technical reports on construction progress and issues.

10. Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
