Role Overview
We are seeking a GTM & Growth Manager to drive go-to-market execution, demand generation, and pipeline creation across AI products and IT services (staffing & consulting).
This role will act as the Pipeline Owner, working closely with the Business Development (Sales) team to ensure a strong flow of qualified opportunities and effective product positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-To-Market Execution (Products + Services)
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for:
- AI / SaaS products (NovaSynq, NovaBotX, NovaMatch)
- IT staffing and consulting services
- Define target industries, accounts, and buyer personas
- Ensure clear and consistent market positioning and messaging
2. Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Plan and execute:
- LinkedIn outreach and campaigns
- Email marketing and outbound initiatives
- Event/webinar-based lead generation
- Drive top-of-funnel and mid-funnel pipeline (P5 P3)
- Continuously optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion
3. Pipeline Generation & Qualification
- Generate qualified leads and opportunities for BD team
- Perform initial qualification and ensure fitment with offerings
- Maintain and track pipeline across stages (P5 P3)
- Ensure smooth handoff of sales-ready leads to BD (P3 P2)
4. Product Marketing & Positioning (Strong Focus)
- Develop value propositions, messaging, and positioning for products
- Create and refine:
- Pitch decks
- Product narratives
- Case studies
- Support product demos and early-stage client conversations
5. RFP / RFQ / SOW Support & Market Intelligence
- Identify and support screening of RFP/RFQ/SOW opportunities
- Provide inputs for:
- Market research
- Competitive positioning
- Proposal content (especially product/service narratives)
- Support BD and internal teams during bid preparation
6. Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Work closely with BD team to:
- Align messaging and campaigns
- Support deal pursuits
- Enable BD with:
- Campaign insights
- Lead intelligence
- Presentation materials
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years in GTM / Product Marketing / Demand Generation
- Strong experience with:
- B2B lead generation and campaign execution
- LinkedIn outreach and digital marketing
- Exposure to:
- AI / SaaS / enterprise product marketing
- IT services (staffing or consulting)
- Basic understanding of RFP/RFQ/SOW processes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated (P4/P3)
- Pipeline contribution to BD (conversion support)
- Campaign performance (engagement, conversion rates)
- Product visibility and positioning effectiveness
