Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across IT staffing, consulting services, and AI product offerings.
This role requires a strong focus on product sales along with services, while also supporting RFP/RFQ/SOW opportunity identification and bid participation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Services Sales (Core Focus)
- Drive revenue across:
- AI / SaaS products (NovaSynq, NovaBotX, NovaMatch, etc.)
- IT staffing (C2C/W2/1099) and consulting services
- Actively position and sell product offerings to new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products with staffing and consulting engagements
- Convert leads and opportunities into successful closures across both services and products
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and partners
- Acquiring new clients and expand existing accounts
- Position the organization as a strategic partner for both services and product solutions
3. Sales Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
- Own the full sales cycle:
- Prospecting Qualification Proposal Closure
- Maintain and track pipeline across stages (P5 P1)
- Achieve revenue targets across both services and product lines
4. RFP / RFQ / SOW Exposure & Participation
- Identify, review, and screen relevant RFP, RFQ, and SOW opportunities
- Participate in bid qualification, solution alignment, and proposal coordination
- Work with internal teams to gather inputs for pricing, documentation, and submissions
- Track and manage bid lifecycle and follow-ups
5. Product Positioning & Sales Enablement
- Present product value propositions and support demos / client discussions
- Collaborate with GTM and technical teams for solution alignment and pitch readiness
- Contribute to client-facing materials (decks, proposals, solution narratives)
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in IT staffing / consulting business development
- Strong experience in:
- Product / SaaS sales (preferred or demonstrated exposure)
- C2C, W2, 1099 staffing models
- Direct client acquisition and revenue generation
- Exposure to RFP/RFQ/SOW processes and bid participation
- Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals across multiple offerings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
